1. Returns

Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Food and Edible Items: Items that are food or edible and have had their seal opened are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Custom or Personalized Products: Products made to your specifications or customized are also non-returnable.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at info@bakingtimes.in with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return request is approved.
Ship the Item: Return the item to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refunds

Processing

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Partial Refunds
